Circles support three join policies: Open (anyone can join instantly), Restricted (requires approval), and Private (requires invite).
Restricted groups display requests in the manager's dashboard under Pending Members. Review their profile details before approving.
Private circles are hidden from public directories, creating a secure environment for sensitive groups.
