Career Circle is built to collect only what the product needs to run, protect members, and support collaboration. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account details and profile fields you choose to add
- Circle memberships, join requests, posts, comments, saved items, and message activity
- Signal sessions, room notes, and intelligence chats or feedback where available
- Safety, moderation, audit, and retention records needed to keep the service reliable
Why we use it
- Run your account and keep you signed in
- Show the circles, members, and conversations you asked to use
- Protect members, moderate abuse, and keep the product stable
- Support export, correction, deletion, and portability requests
Your rights
- Access: See what we have and download a copy.
- Correct: Fix profile and privacy settings when something is wrong.
- Delete: Remove active account data, subject to required retention.
- Portability: Take a JSON export of your Circle data with you.
- Withdraw consent: Stop optional processing where we rely on consent, subject to legal or contract limits.
- Object: Limit certain uses where local law gives you that right.
What may remain
- Active account data is removed from the product when you delete your account.
- Moderation, audit, safety, and legal records may remain for required retention windows.
- We keep data only as long as we need it to run Career Circle and meet legal duties.
