Messing around with NVIDIA's BioNeMo toolkit today, and honestly, it's been pretty smooth.
I was testing out the hosted endpoints for Boltz-2 and OpenFold3, and I gotta say, the documentation and tutorials are actually really solid. It makes jumping into a new tool way less of a headache.
In simple terms a token can be a word or a part of a syllable.
For example 1 token is roughly equivalent to 4 characters or about 0.75 words.
100 tokens is about 75 words.
For example: The sentence "ChatGPT is fun!" might be broken down into the tokens of each word in that sentence. 😃
So it would look like this
["Chat", "G", "PT", " is", " fun", "!"]
individually could be considered tokens
This is a good video that should explain it. Hope my comment helps 😄
